However, yogurt and cheese should only be eaten in small amounts, as should red meat and fish and poultry. Olive oil does tend to be one of the main ingredients of a Mediterranean diet which helps the people to stay healthy as it is a really good source of fat.

The main myth with dieting is that you have to cut out good food but that only makes people cheat on their diet and so it makes a lot more sense to start one which is enjoyable to follow.
