100 Rep Squats

During my last post I spoke about a technique which I said was the single most results producing exercise that I‘ve EVER found for boosting your metabolism, helping you burn inches off your body, and giving you a tight, lean, strong shape.

That exercise is called: 100 Rep Squats

Since then, my office has been swamped with emails asking for more detailed information about how to perform this exercise, so I dug through my library of articles and I found one that describes how to do 100 Rep Squats.

Now this article is a few years old, but it contains several great tips in addition to the details on that exercise.
